Welcome to Cherish Caledonia. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern both your use of this website and any purchases you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

1.1 Cherish Caledonia (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a limited company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Use of This Website

2.1 You agree to use this website lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purposes.

2.2 You must not misuse our website, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or copy our content.

2.3 Content provided is for general information only and should not be taken as professional advice.

2.4 Links to third-party websites may appear. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

2.5 We take care to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee completeness or suitability.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All text, images, logos, and designs on this site are owned by Cherish Caledonia unless otherwise credited.

3.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

4. Our Products

4.1 Many of our items are handmade and/or use natural ingredients. Variations in colour, texture, or scent are normal and part of their character.

4.2 Skincare products are for external use only. Always patch-test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

4.3 For any products that are specifically labelled as flammable – burn only on a heatproof surface, never leave unattended, in a well-ventilated area and keep away from children and pets.

4.4 Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice.

5. Orders & Contract

5.1 A binding contract forms only when we email you confirming dispatch of your order. 

5.2 If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error), we will notify you and issue a refund.

5.3 We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Your financial details are not shared with us.

5.4 During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you. We will use our best endeavours to deliver them to you within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.

5.5 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. 

5.6 If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we offer a simple returns policy. Simply return your items to us within 14 days for a full refund. This 14 day period starts from the day after the goods are received.

5.6.1 A refund will be offered provided the goods are in a fully saleable condition, except of course where goods are faulty and/or damaged. 

5.6.2 Skincare, cosmetics and hair products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes which have been open, used or damaged. Accordingly they must be unused, undamaged, sealed and unopened in its original packaging if they are to be returned to us.

5.6.3 Additionally, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: opened skincare items, opened incense sticks/cones or custom/personalised products.

5.6.4 If your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days. We are happy to provide you a repair, replacement or refund.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not responsible for misuse of products (e.g. unsafe burning of incense, ignoring safety instructions, allergic reactions).

6.2 We are not liable for business losses – our products are intended for personal use only.

6.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
